Cookie Policy

This policy covers PrettySure's website. Family dashboards and child play have moved to the native apps. The promotional website and its fictional walkthrough do not require a family login. Account invitations and password recovery remain separate supported flows.
Account links
- Authentication / session. Supported invitation and password-recovery pages can use Supabase session cookies. Ordinary promotional pages do not initialize or refresh a family session and request deletion of matching legacy authentication cookies. (Expiry is set by the authentication flow; sign-out and cookie cleanup can remove them sooner.)
- Family invitation. An account invitation flow can retain its token in the ps_invite cookie through email confirmation. It is not needed for the public demo. (Up to 14 days; removed when consumed.)
Public demo and browser caching
- Fictional walkthrough. The public /demo keeps sample choices in page memory. It does not save those choices in cookies, local storage or an account. (Resets on page reload.)
- Ordinary browser cache. Your browser may cache public pages, fonts and images according to its settings and response headers. New visitors are not enrolled in the former browser-app offline worker. (Varies by browser and resource.)
Optional analytics
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These optional components are disabled in this revision. Hosting and security logs are separate and may still contain technical request information. (Components disabled.)
Storage left by the former browser app
Earlier visits may have left parent-unlock, active-child, demo, tour, sound or game-preference data in cookies or browser storage. Those are not features of the current promotional site. The site requests deletion of the old parent-unlock and demo cookies. For an existing PrettySure offline worker, it requests an update that clears PrettySure's old named caches and unregisters that worker. Cleanup needs a successful visit and browser support; it does not promise that every old browser record has already been removed. You can clear site data in your browser to remove remaining cookies and local storage.
Hosting and security
Hosting and security providers may process technical requests, including network addresses, even when optional analytics are disabled. This policy does not claim that a visit produces no personal information or server logs. See the Privacy Policy for providers and information use. Native app storage and Apple permissions are separate from browser cookies.
Advertising
None. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we never show ads to children.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Some account-link flows may not work correctly without their session cookies. The public walkthrough does not need them. The absence of advertising cookies does not by itself determine every consent requirement. Privacy choices and regional requirements also depend on how information is used.
