Kids' data deserves real care. Here's plainly how we protect it.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every connection runs over HTTPS/TLS, and your data is encrypted at rest in our database and file storage. Quest photos are stored privately and served through short-lived, signed links.
Parent-managed access
Children use PrettySure under a parent's account. They don't create their own logins or share contact details. Sign-in and pairing restrict access, but they are not substitutes for legally required verifiable parental consent. No behavioral advertising, no selling of personal information.
Secure, isolated storage
Built on Supabase (managed PostgreSQL) with row-level security, to restrict family records. Child devices use a gateway scoped to the paired child. Optional teacher access and parent-shared week cards have their own access rules.
Delete your data anytime
You can remove a child (including their photos and activity) or delete your whole account from settings. If another adult stays in the family, deleting your adult account leaves the family with them. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion limits.
Parents stay in control
Parents set up rewards and quests, review photo chores and submitted chore steps, and manage the account. There are no public profiles, no chat, and no way for kids to be contacted by strangers.
Safer sign-in
Authentication is handled by a dedicated, industry-standard auth provider with email verification and secure password reset. Payments (when enabled) are processed by Stripe, so we never see your full card number.
